Program Manager
The Program Manager provides leadership and has overall responsibility for planning, directing, and coordinating activities pertaining to technology and business unit programs and projects. The CML Bank Program Manager is responsible for leading the organizational change management assessment for strategic projects, and provide guidance and direction as needed. They lead business readiness efforts for the segment to ensure colleague and customer success with program releases.
Coordinates and monitors the scheduling, pricing, and technical performance of programs focused on change management and colleague impact.
Ensures projects are completed on time and within budget and that IT governance is followed.
Acts as advisor to program team regarding projects, tasks, and operations.
Works with business segment manager(s) and program / project sponsors to establish the project scope, deliverables, budget and schedule.
Works with program managers, business unit manager(s), and project sponsors to establish change methodology needed for successful project implementations. Partners closely with teams to integrate change management activities into overall implementation plans. Works with stakeholders to develop business readiness deliverables like training and change communications required to prepare colleagues and customers.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Compensation Range : $93,000.00 - 189,000.00 Annual Salary
The compensation range represents the low and high end of the base compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. Colleagues in this position are also eligible to participate in an applicable incentive compensation plan. In addition, Huntington provides a variety of benefits to colleagues, including health insurance coverage, wellness program, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plan, paid leave programs, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).
