Concentric Healthcare Staffing is actively seeking BHT's in the Phoenix valley. We partner with established hospitals, group homes, detox facilities, in-patient facilities, and more! We offer scheduling flexibility and unlimited hours !

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to :

Provide direct care to behavioral health patients

Conduct patient safety checks

Assist in maintaining a safe, orderly, and therapeutic environment

Recognize and react appropriately to patients displaying aggressive behavior, acting as a danger to themselves or others, or are in a crisis or medical emergency

Chart observations according to facility policy and procedure

Be receptive to guidance and direction from Lead Behavioral Health Technicians or Site Supervisor

Assists in admitting and discharging patients by performing contraband checks and accurately documenting patient belongings for discharge return.

All applicants MUST have :

2 forms of government issued identification (Driver’s License, Passport, Social Security Card, Birth certificate, residence card, etc.)

Level 1 Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card

CPR and First Aid Card

TB Test (done in the last year)

CPI Blue Card (updated in the last 12 months)

Updated Resume

Physical (done in the last year)

Diploma or Transcripts

APPLICANTS MUST PASS PRE-EMPLOYMENT DRUG SCREEN and CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECKS.
