General Purpose
Maintain safe and efficient operation of filler equipment while maximizing production up-time, minimizing shrink, and maintaining quality.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Available to work 3rd Shift 9 : 30 PM - 6 : 00 AM. SUN, MON, TUE, FRI, SAT. OFF WED, THU
- Perform safe and effective set up, operation, and cleaning of the aseptic filling equipment
- Conduct the sterilization and manual washing of machine components
- Perform routine basic chemical concentration tests
- Conduct basic troubleshooting of equipment and contact maintenance when necessary
- Report any food safety and food quality related issues to management immediately
- Maintain safe working conditions for employees and compliance with all state and federal regulations regarding health and safety issues
- Follow all DFA good manufacturing practices (GMP) and work in a manner consistent with all corporate regulatory, food safety, quality, and sanitation requirements

Education and Experience
High school diploma or equivalent preferredProduction or general work experience preferredCertification and / or License - may be required during course of employmentKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities
