Hospital Employee . Base salary starts at $395,000 and up based on experience. WRVU and Quality Bonus production incentives. Loan Forgiveness available up to $50,000 total. Midwives take first call and deliver about 85% of the babies - Physicians are called if mother or child are in distress or known to be complicated in advance for pre-existing conditions.
