Title : Servicenow Architect

Location : SFO, CA or Dallas, TX

Duration : Long Term contract

Description

Must Have Technical / Functional Skills.

Experience as a Senior Architect / Consultant.

Candidate should have strong knowledge of ServiceNow FedRAMP implementation.

Candidate should have knowledge of FedRAMP security, authorization, and continuous monitoring.

Experienced in ITIL Process Definition, Integration Solutions, and architecture-level configurations.

Experience in ServiceNow custom application design and development.

Expertise in ServiceNow deployments, integration with other third-party tools, orchestration, operational activities, project management expertise, and merging multiple instances.

Experienced in leading end-to-end implementation and transformation programs in ITSM / ITOM / FSM / CMDB.

Strong work experience associated with projects like Support, Maintenance, Migration, Upgrades, Integrations, and Implementations.

Should have strong knowledge of FSM design and implementation for large customers.

Mentor and share technical knowledge / guidance with the team.

Design technical solutions and best practices based on customer requirements and convert them into functional requirements.

Responsible for reviewing requirements to ensure they are provided in sufficient detail to be accurately estimated.

Very good ITIL process knowledge and ability to evaluate and bring out correlations and impacts with respect to customer requirements and ITIL / industry standards.

Must be certified with :

o ServiceNow Systems Administrator

o ServiceNow Implementation Specialist in ITSM / HAM / SAM / Discovery

o ITIL v3 Foundation
