Express Employment is seeking a certified pharmacy technician for a compounding pharmacy. Job duties include :
- Working side by side with pharmacists to prepare, dispense, and distribute medications with accuracy and care
- Handling medication intake from start to finish, including prescription verification and data entry
- Speaking with patients, answering questions, and helping them understand their medications
- Keeping the inventory organized, up to date, and compliant with storage and safety requirements
- Using proper aseptic techniques when assisting with sterile compounding to protect patients and ensure high-quality products
- Taking part in audits, QA checks, and improvement projects that keep the pharmacy running at its best
