Summary :
Are you ready to influence the evolution of intelligent data systems? We are searching for a Data and AI Systems Architect to create and lead innovative, scalable data management and applied AI platforms. This is a pivotal role blending AI, data engineering, and enterprise architecture , where your visionary ideas will significantly shape the convergence of data and intelligence across our global framework.
As a key player in this position, you will design advanced systems utilizing Vector Database technologies, agent frameworks, knowledge assistants, and NL2SQL solutions to provide smooth, AI-driven data experiences. You'll formulate technical strategies, develop architectural roadmaps, and steer multidisciplinary teams to bring ambitious, intelligent, and high-performance systems to reality.
What You'll Do
Lead the architecture and design of scalable AI and data management platforms.
Create architectural roadmaps and dictate the technical direction for intelligent data systems.
Encourage innovation through Vector Databases, agentic AI frameworks, RAG pipelines, and applied AI integration.
Collaborate with engineers, product teams, and researchers to build systems that are reliable, scalable, and production-ready.
Promote data intelligence and automation to empower smarter decision-making and elevate user experiences.
Ensure all designs meet standards of data privacy, security, compliance, and AI governance.
What You'll Bring
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
10+ years in software or data engineering, with 3+ years specifically in AI / ML or data management systems.
Thorough understanding of AI / ML concepts, MLOps , and contemporary data architectures (data mesh, lakehouse, etc.).
Expertise in data modeling, distributed systems, and performance optimization.
Proven ability to transform business objectives into scalable, intelligent architectures.
Outstanding communication, leadership, and collaboration skills to work effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
Bonus Points
Experience with LLMs, embeddings, RAG pipelines, and vector databases.
Familiarity with agentic AI frameworks and development of multi-agent workflows for practical applications.
Understanding of AI governance , ethical AI design, and data privacy principles.
Contributions to open-source AI or data initiatives.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only.
Hiring Range in USD from : $96,800 to $251,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
