The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality / service incentives, call pay, as applicable to the position Additional signing bonus of $20,000 payable on start date Health and Dental benefits provided : SERRA offers both HMO and PPO health plans to all employees. SERRA’s contributions cover basic health and dental plans. 401K plan provided Paid time off and CMEs provided based on tenure

SERRA is comprised of over 25 physicians who practice in the fields of general medicine and pediatrics and specialties that include cardiology, gastroenterology, industrial medicine, neurology, obstetrics & gynecology, ophthalmology, optometry, orthopedics, podiatry, and urology.
SERRA has comprehensive radiology services available including CT Scan, MRI, ultrasound and mammography services. We have an Ambulatory Surgery Center, a dedicated industrial clinic for worker's compensation cases, as well as physical therapy, optometrist, in-house laboratory and pharmacy.

POSITION : Full time Pediatrician MD
JOB DESCRIPTION : Pediatrician needed for full time outpatient care with in a 25 physician multi-specialty group located in Sun Valley, California. Currently no inpatient care required only shared telephone call availability. Physician must have a valid California Medical license and board certified or eligible by the American Board of Pediatrics preferred.
JOB DUTIES :
- See patients in 1 medical facility and carry a patient case load of 20-30 per day. 5 days per week, 8 hours per day
- Malpractice / licensing / credentialing and overhead expenses associated with job are covered
