API Engineer for Cloud Native AI SAAS

Responsibilities

:

• Design and implement GraphQL or RESTful APIs with Python and Golang for internal and external integrations

• Pull ingested data into the application database and develop endpoints for Slack and Salesforce integrations.

• Shared responsibilities with Full-Stack Engineer and front end engineer

• Manage background workers and asynchronous job processing using tools such as Kafka, Celery or RabbitMQ

• Integrate AI models and agents into the application layer. (In collaboration with the full-stack engineer and Data Scientists

• Lead decisions on API and queue stack choices and align API architecture with system design

• Collaborate with Infrastructure & Data Engineer and Full-Stack Platform Engineer to support integrations

Education: Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science or Engineering is preferred
