This position requires collaboration with Shift Operations team members area equipment engineers and tool vendors to ensure efficient tool performance and maintenance in a dynamic brand-new technology and manufacturing Equipment Maintenance Technicians support fabrication processing at the forefront of innovation for the worlds leading memory and storage solution provider Micron Technology. Responsibilities :

• Ability to collaborate with team members and communicate and address preventative maintenance needs for manufacturing equipment performance while proactivelyidentifyingand resolving safety concerns.
• Identifyperformance gaps and implement strategic improvements while documenting hardware and process deviations to help prevent recurring problems in tool functionality.
• Assistinmaintainingthe cleanliness and orderliness of the cleanroom area by adhering to housekeeping protocols ensuring that every item isproperly storedand organized.
• Participate in teams focused on enhancing equipment availability and implementing improvement initiatives.
• AttendMicron and / or vendor training to improve understanding of various semiconductor tools.
• Stand forlong periods walk several miles per shift lift 2540lbsoccasionally and perform tasks requiring bending crouching or kneeling while navigating safelyover uneven terrain or within confined spaces to perform job duties effectively.
• Maintain situational awareness toidentifyhazards promptly and consistently wear required PPE (e.g. respirators cleanroom garments) to protect product quality andmaintaina safe contamination-free environment.
• Working and leading projects related to manufacturing equipment maintenance and improvement with a focus on meeting scope schedule and budget requirements.
