Job Duration : Long Term Contract (Possibility Of Extension)

Pay Rate : $45 - $57 / hr on W2 DOE

Overview :

Seeking a motivated and detail-oriented System Engineer to join our Single Molecule Sequencing this role youll become an expert on our next-generation sequencing platform helping to design execute and analyze experiments that advance system robustness and performance. Youll collaborate across biochemistry electrochemistry and materials science to drive innovation in microfluidic device design and sequencing workflows.

Key Responsibilities :

• Operate and maintain clients High Throughput Sequencing Platform.
• Design and execute experiments to evaluate microfluidic device surfaces processes and system parameters.
• Analyze sequencing and process data; identify and present actionable insights.
• Troubleshoot and debug device instrument and software issues.
• Apply statistical and experimental design methods (DOE process control data analytics).
• Maintain accurate experimental records and prepare technical reports.
