Tallahassee State College (TSC), recently recognized as one of the Most Promising Places to Work in Community Colleges for 2025, is excited to announce a grant-funded opening for the position of Program Manager P08975 with Workforce Development / Rebuild Florida. What You'll Do As a Program Manager, you'll play a key role in managing training, physical, assigned staff and the fiscal operation of the Rebuild Florida program.

Day-to-day responsibilities will include :

• Manages the grant staff and grant deliverables associated with the Rebuild Florida grant. Oversees the development of a comprehensive marketing and outreach plan. Develop local business and employer ties to promote student training completers and their efforts to secure employment. Develops and maintains strong professional relationships with area construction industry businesses, which may require local travel for face-to-face meetings.
• Manages the fiscal operations of Rebuild Florida programs. Responsible for Rebuild Florida related budget(s) and the various tasks associated with being a budget manager. Ensures timely and accurate reporting of all aspects of the grant. (e.g. financial and programmatic).
• Oversees the development and delivery of curriculum in multiple modes outlined in the grant. Assures programs meet national and state requirements as well as those of local construction providers.
