This opportunity is located in Flagstaff, Arizona, where you can enjoy the outdoors by visiting the many parks, canyons, national forests, and spend the evenings star gazing at the Lowell Observatory. If you live in Belmont, Grand Canyon, Mormon Lake, or Williams this would be a perfect location for you to expand your practice and gain experience and skills with an experienced clinical skilled nursing and rehab team of clinicians in Flagstaff.For this opportunity you do not have to be board certified or board eligible. Experience in post-acute rehab, acute rehab, long term care, and / or hospital medicine is recommended.Our compensation is a productivity-based model (Fee for Service) that offers you control to maximize your income potential. Expected compensation is estimated salary range of $58,000 to $69,000 annually with no cap on productivity income potential.
