We are looking for a creative and bold Senior Product Lead to craft the future of Secret Lair by combining outstanding product design, creative vision, and business objectives to create cards and products our customers love. Reporting to the Senior Director of Secret Lair, this role works closely with the design, creative, business, and marketing teams to build successful products, from conception to release.

What You'll Do:

• Support the Team: Mentor and develop the Secret Lair Product team, including a Senior Product Designer, Senior Copywriter, Creative Lead, Program Manager, and Producer. Unlock their potential, grow their careers, remove roadblocks, and absorb workload when beneficial to the team or business.
• Build Outstanding Products: Conceptualize and drive exceptional card-based product design from concept to implementation. Ensure Secret Lair is constantly elevating its product range, creative quality, and brand voice.
• Balance the Art and Science: Expand on past achievements and analyze data to improve and grow our product portfolio, considering customer preferences, profitability, and operational constraints to deliver outstanding results.
• Build Partnerships: Cultivate robust relationships with key partners both internal and external. Be someone who others enjoy working with.
• Maintain a Growth Mindset: Be a voice of innovation and passion. Pilot, experiment, and take on new opportunities, all in support of a brighter future for the program.
• Shape Magic: Help us put the most exciting, wonderful, and thrilling Magic cards possible into the world.

What You'll Bring:

• 5+ years of experience leading teams and developing individual contributors.
• Professional experience in product design, creative leadership, or visual design.
• Deep and nuanced understanding of Magic: The Gathering as a game, ecosystem, and passion for diverse range of fans.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing innovative product strategies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Flexible, adaptable, creative approach with a constant thirst for knowledge.
• Compassion, empathy, and a deep understanding of people.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands.
• Knowledge of intellectual property management and licensing.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambitious environment.

The hourly rate for this position is $148,400.00 to $222,600.00. The hiring range will vary based on factors such as experience, skills, location and market conditions. Additionally, employees may be eligible for annual and long-term incentives as part of their overall compensation package.
