Do you love working with kids? Want to make a real difference in the water? Were looking for friendly, supportive, and high-energy Swim Instructors to help children (ages 412) build confidence, safety, and skill in the pool.

Whether you're experienced or just starting out, if you bring a positive attitude and care about kids, well train you on our proven curriculum and support your growth every step of the way.

What Youll Do:

• Lead fun, structured swim lessons for children ages 6 months to 12 years (focus on ages 412).
• Follow our progressive, skill-based curriculum tailored to each students comfort and confidence.
• Keep classes safe, focused, and full of small victoriesno matter the students starting point.
• Communicate clearly and kindly with parents and caregivers after class.
• Create a warm, welcoming pool environment that helps even nervous swimmers feel at home.

What Were Looking For:

• A genuine love for kids and teaching
• Strong communication and patienceespecially with first-timers or nervous swimmers.
• Comfort in the water and basic swimming ability (well teach you how to teach).
• Previous coaching or swim instruction experience is a plus, but not required.
• Current CPR/AED and First Aid certification (or willingness to get certified with our help).

Quick Details:

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 $19.50/hour
Expected Hours: 1230 per week
Schedule Options:

• 4-hour shifts
• Day, evening, and weekend availability
• Year-round work

Location: In-person at either our New Haven or Orange, CT facility
