• 8am - 4pm shifts with flexible 5-day or 4-day schedule
• 36 guaranteed hours weekly with 16 weekend hours
• Home health setting
• 2+ years experience and home care experience required
• At least 2 weekend days per 13-week rotation
• BLS certification required
• Valid driver's license and vehicle with liability insurance required
