A professional tax service firm is seeking a detail-oriented individual to join their team in the  77018  area. This entry-level position is ideal for someone looking to build administrative experience in a professional office environment.

Position Details

Data Entry Clerk.

Pay Rate :  $14.00 per hour.

Houston, TX (Zip Code 77018).

Schedule :

• Monday – Friday : 11 : 00 AM – 7 : 00 PM.

Saturday : 10 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM (As needed).

Key Responsibilities

Perform accurate data entry using various software tools, including Microsoft Office and Excel.

Maintain organized records by filing, sorting, and scanning documents for multiple departments.

Work collaboratively with the team to ensure deadlines are met in a fast-paced environment.

Handle special projects and additional office support tasks as directed by management.

Requirements

Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Must be a self-starter with excellent attention to detail and strong time management skills

Language :  Bilingual (Spanish) is  not  required for this position.
