Title : Program Analyst Customer Affairs

Compensation :
Pay Range : $17.98-$22.64 Per HR
Description :
Ensure positive relationships with state commissions, assistance agencies, and community leaders.
Drive positive customer experiences through community and customer engagement.
Manage customer-impacting programs such as Critical Needs and Rehousing programs.
Execute timely and accurate reporting, tracking, promotion, and communication for program success.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage multiple programs, including Critical Needs and Rehousing programs.
Oversee daily workflow, including paperwork, applications, and records management.
Develop messaging and drive education and participation in programs.
Provide regular reporting and track program activities.
Enhance customer experience through targeted outreach and education.
Interface directly with customers to provide information and options for energy bill payment assistance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize customer reach.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree preferred, concentration in communication or business desired.
Minimum 2 years of experience with external stakeholders, preferably in Customer Services, Operations, or Public Affairs.
Proven ability to build and retain positive working relationships with stakeholders.
Demonstrated experience in customer interaction with problem-solving and effective communication skills.
Willingness and ability to work extended and non-traditional hours.
Ability to travel locally and statewide to meet job expectations.
