Operator - Process, Production, Refinery

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Process / Refinery Operator to oversee and manage complex production operations within a large-scale industrial environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of refining processes and operational safety standards, ensuring smooth and efficient plant performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a thorough understanding of operational procedures, production policies, and safety protocols to ensure continuous and safe processing.
• Interpret and follow detailed process documentation and operational reports accurately.
• Monitor equipment performance, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements to optimize productivity.
• Operate and control a variety of process units and systems, including tanks, mixers, heat exchangers, pumps, furnaces, and vacuum systems.
• Manage product flow through manual and automated valves, meters, and transfer systems.
• Record operational data from control panels and maintain accurate logs.
• Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and minor repairs on plant equipment to ensure reliability and compliance with safety standards.
• Uphold housekeeping standards to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Drive as part of routine operational duties.
