We are seeking a motivated and energetic Entry-Level Recruiter to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone looking to launch a career in talent acquisition while working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
The Entry-Level Recruiter will support the full hiring process by sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for open positions across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate skills, experience, and culture fit
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Assist with onboarding documentation and new hire orientation
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for future hiring needs
Support recruitment marketing and employer branding initiatives
Meet and exceed weekly hiring goals and performance metrics
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred but not required; equivalent experience or demonstrated skills will be considered
Strong verbal and written communication skills
High energy, self-motivated, and goal-oriented mindset
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Previous customer service, sales, internship, or administrative experience is a plus
Preferred Skills
Understanding of performance metrics and goal tracking
Ability to evaluate personality fit and soft skills
Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls
Basic knowledge of recruiting tools and applicant tracking systems
