Job Title : Project Manager
The Project Manager will act as first level support for Treasury Management System and will lead Treasury IT projects across treasury and finance areas. This position will require technical expertise and knowledge of treasury processes and practices to ensure robust treasury solution is provided for Treasury functions across the globe. Responsibilities include :
- Provide primary support for Treasury Management System (Quantum), Payment Factory (Trax), and Bank Account Management (eBAM) Tools
- Lead process improvement initiatives that span across shared service and outsourcing, finance transformation, performance management, or financial systems optimization
- Leverage available and emerging technologies to improve and automate aspects of cash process including interface with various financial systems (Quantum, SAP, Bank portals, Nakisa, SmartView)
- Develop and implement reporting tools and performance management systems that generate actionable insights for Treasury, and drive cross-divisional accountability
- Build complex data sets from multiple data sources, both internally and externally
- Support Information Technology team to optimize and enhance the database environment for optimal efficiency and best practices
- Leverage emerging technologies and identify efficient and meaningful ways to disseminate data and analysis in order to satisfy the Treasury needs
- Lead and manage complex process improvement and project management engagements for both Treasury and cross-divisional initiatives
- Practices safety-conscious environment resulting in employee safety and well-being
- Lead large and complex system upgrades spanning across multiple business units
What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications) :
A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience requiredExperience with Treasury Management Systems is a must. Working knowledge of Quantum is a plusProficiency in working with relational databases and query authoring (SQL) is requiredExperience with a corporate payment factory is required. Working knowledge of FIS Payment Hub is a plusStrong written, oral communication, and interpersonal skillsStrong project management, organizational, and prioritizations skillsMust be able to interact and collaborate at all levels within Treasury, Delta IT, and other Delta DivisionsAdditionally, candidate must be a self-learner with the ability to pick up new technologies and provide tangible resultsConsistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal dataEmbraces diverse people, thinking, and stylesPossesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalencyIs at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United StatesWhat will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications) :
