Entry Level MIG Welder

Cardinal Staffing Services is hiring entry-level MIG Welders for a well-known and respected manufacturer in Perrysburg, OH. This is a great opportunity to grow your welding career with a company that values skill development, safety, and long-term success.

Position Overview :

As a MIG Welder, you'll play a key role in the production of custom automotive racks used by top OEMs. You'll work with a dedicated team in a clean and organized facility, using MIG welding techniques to produce high-quality components. This is a hands-on, full-time opportunity with room for growth.

Cardinal Staffing Services is invested in their team members! All employees are offered competitive compensation ($ 17 / hour) as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision).

Available shift : 1st shift 6AM to 5PM Monday to Thursday and 3r d shift 7 : 30 PM to 6AM Sunday to Wednesday . Overtime is available on an as-needed basis.

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Perform MIG welding to fabricate and assemble automotive racks
• Read and follow blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
• Inspect welds for accuracy, appearance, and structural integrity
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized workstation
• Work collaboratively with other welders, fabricators, and supervisors
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
