This position is accountable for reviewing and reporting results based on customer fulfillment activities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
Include, but not limited to :
- Verify purchase orders have been entered and updated correctly per Order Entry and Quality Assurance standards.
- Communicating and following up with other departments regarding required / missing information needed to process orders.
- Work accurately and efficiently to maintain daily quota of processing orders.
- Maintain daily communication with ROE and answer all questions they may have regarding orders being entered by the order entry team.
- Possess a high regard for product quality and customer satisfaction.

Computer Skills :
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge; internet software; order processing systems; MS Suites : Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.
