A boutique law practice in Miami is seeking a driven and growth-minded Associate Attorney to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with experience in Personal Injury, Real Estate, or both , who is eager to take on meaningful casework, gain hands-on mentorship, and build long-term career growth within a close-knit firm environment.

• $80,000 base salary

• Realistic total compensation : $110,000–$150,000+ with strong performance

• Experience in Personal Injury Real Estate , or a combination of both
• 1–5 years of experience preferred (not a senior-level role)
• Someone hungry, motivated, and ready to grow within a boutique practice
• Strong communication, client management, and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively while independently managing case tasks

• On-site in Miami (potential for Hybrid for the right person)
