Are you a motivated professional with a proven track record in customer outreach and lead management? Advantage Dealer Group is looking for an Experienced Sales Business Development Representative (BDC Representative) to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer communications via phone, text, and email

• Set, confirm, and follow up on sales and service appointments

• Build strong relationships with customers while maintaining a high level of professionalism

• Accurately log all interactions and updates in our CRM system

• Collaborate with sales and service teams to maximize conversion opportunities

Qualifications:

• Prior BDC or call center experience required (automotive experience preferred)

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to handle a high volume of calls while maintaining quality interactions

• Positive, team-oriented attitude with a drive to exceed goals
