Minnesota Licensed Inside Sales Agent

A company is looking for a Sales Representative, Inbound Remote.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound calls and warm leads to consult with customers on their insurance needs

Convert sales leads into policyholders by matching appropriate coverages and products

Participate in a comprehensive paid training program to obtain necessary licensing

Required Qualifications

2 years of sales / service-related work experience required; 2-3 years preferred

Property and Casualty Insurance License required after hire

Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills needed to close sales

Excellent analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills

Proficiency in typing and PC usage
