Service Technician

We are seeking two skilled electrical service technicians who are capable of independently troubleshooting and have experience working on commercial construction job sites. Candidates should have a minimum of three years of experience in electrical work and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities include :

Troubleshoot electrical issues independently on commercial construction job sites.

Perform electrical service tasks, including conduit work, wiring, repairs, and installations.

Read and interpret blueprints to execute tasks accurately.

Utilize hand tools effectively for repairs and installations.

Essential skills include :

At least three years of electrical and troubleshooting experience.

Experience working on commercial construction job sites.

Ability to work independently without supervision.

Proficiency in troubleshooting electrical issues.

Additional skills and qualifications include :

No attendance issues from previous positions.

Experience with conduit, wiring, repair, construction, and blueprint reading.

Work environment :

Work hours are Monday through Friday, 7 : 00 AM to 3 : 30 PM, with overtime as needed. This service position may require being on-call. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as boots, hard hats, safety vests, safety glasses, and gloves are required.

This is a contract to hire position based out of Chesapeake, VA.

Pay and benefits :

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
