Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Lab Technician to perform sample testing and assist in preparing materials and mixtures. This role ensures the consistency, durability, and quality of our products.

Responsibilities

• Operate lab equipment for strengthening, balancing, blending, and mixing of products to achieve test results.
• Work safely and utilize proper safety protocols, including wearing appropriate PPE such as safety glasses, safety shoes, and a dust mask when required.
• Collaborate extensively with powder and adhesive products to perform tests as requested by Chemists, Supervisors, and Group Leaders.
• Document all test results and findings accurately.

Work Environment

This position operates in a lab environment with a typical shift from 7am to 4pm, Monday through Friday, though hours may vary slightly. The role requires wearing PPE and working as part of a team of 20-30 professionals.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00 / hr.
