Technical Hiring Criteria (Must Haves)

Experience with SQL to query and analyse data from various sources

Experience with incentive compensation management platforms (e.g., SAP ICM, Oracle ICM, Xactly Incent).

Expertise in advanced Excel skills like complex formulas, pivot tables, and financial modelling.
