Our client is a well-established and respected real estate, development, and management company based out of Irvine, CA and for over 30 years now, they have been providing real estate, development, investment and property management services. They own and managed a wide range of multifamily and senior living properties and are continuing to grow.

Job Details

Currently they are in growth mode and looking to bring on board another Senior Accountant who can work 3 days a week out of their office in Irvine and 2 days from home.

Responsibilities :

• Manage accounting for multiple properties, including GL, accruals, and month-end closings
• Oversee tenant financials : rent rolls, ledgers, credit / debt management, and CAM reconciliations
• Communicate effectively with external stakeholders
• Handle property taxes, invoice entry, and bill payments
• Spend significant time on a PC managing financial systems and reporting
• Generate monthly financial reports and ensure accuracy across all ledgers
