A company is looking for a Senior Contracts Manager (Government, Commercial & International).

Key Responsibilities :

Lead contract management, negotiation, and compliance for government and commercial contracts

Support proposal development and manage subcontracting agreements

Oversee compliance with regulatory frameworks and coordinate with cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications :

4-8+ years of experience in contracts management, procurement, or legal support roles

5+ years of experience with US Government / DoD contracts and procurement regulations

Strong understanding of government acquisition processes and compliance reporting

Experience in drafting and negotiating various types of agreements

Proficient with MS Office and Google Workspace
