Role Overview
The Solutions Engineer’s primary role is to serve as a technical advisor and champion for CodeRabbit customers. You will play a crucial role in the customers’ pre‑sales journey by partnering with Sales, Product, Engineering and Customer Success teams to help customers appreciate the value of CodeRabbit. This role is for those who are technically curious and passionate about building AI‑powered solutions for the SDLC. You will have the opportunity to make a significant impact in an exciting, collaborative and fast‑paced company that’s focused on making our customers successful.
What you will do
- Collaborate with Account Executives to understand customer requirements and develop customized technical solutions.
- Translate business objectives into technical requirements and solution designs.
- Drive compelling demos and impactful Proof of Value (PoV) presentations to showcase the value of the CodeRabbit platform.
- Respond to security questionnaires.
- Provide feedback and collaborate cross‑functionally with product and engineering teams to address customer issues with a focus on improving the product experience.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in AI‑powered development tools and platforms.
- Contribute to the improvement of internal tools and documentation of playbooks, guides and best practices.
- Support the transition from pre‑sales to post‑sales to ensure a smooth customer onboarding experience.

Base pay range for this role is $150K – $190K. Actual salary will be based on job‑related skills, experience and location.
