With our continued growth and mission focus we are looking to add a SEO / SEM Marketing Specialist to our team in the Long Island Office.

In this role, you won’t just be optimizing pages—you’ll be shaping strategy, driving quality traffic, and making a direct impact on our bottom line. If you love algorithms, A / B tests, and crafting campaigns that convert, let’s talk.

Essential Job Duties

• Own and execute SEO strategies from end to end—on-page, off-page, and technical.
• Launch and optimize high-performing paid search (SEM) campaigns on Google, Bing, and beyond.
• Dive into keyword research, competitor analysis, and site audits to fuel smart decisions.
• Track, analyze, and report on SEO / SEM performance—and pivot fast when needed.
• Improve landing pages for better conversion and ad quality scores.
• Resolve technical SEO issues and keep our site search-friendly and fast.
• Stay ahead of search engine algorithm updates and industry best practices.
• Manage paid search budgets and forecast ROI like a pro.

Position Requirements

Compensation : Starting at $75,000 based on experience
