Linen Sorter – Production Facility

Pay : $18.00 per hour

Schedule : Full-time | Overtime as needed

Position Overview

We are hiring Linen Sorters to support daily production operations. This role is responsible for accurately sorting soiled linen on a moving conveyor belt and placing items into the correct slings or carts. You must follow standard operating procedures while meeting quality and production expectations.

This is a fast-paced, physical position that requires reliability, focus, and the ability to work as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

Sort soiled linen from a moving conveyor belt accurately and efficiently

Place linen into designated slings / carts based on classification

Meet established quality and production standards

Follow all company safety rules, policies, and procedures

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

Follow directions from team leads and supervisors

Work cooperatively with a diverse workforce

Remain flexible to work past scheduled hours when production requires

Perform additional duties as assigned by management

Additional Responsibilities

Cross-train in other production areas as needed

Qualifications & Physical Requirements

Ability to stand for up to 10 hours per shift

Strong manual dexterity for repetitive sorting tasks

Ability to bend, twist, lift, and pull consistently throughout the day

Reliable attendance and punctuality are mandatory

Positive attitude and willingness to work
