RFP Proposal Specialist

Facilitate the RFP / Proposal process to ensure Medline's offerings are accurately represented and aligned with the needs and requirements of the client. Craft proposals to help ensure that the company's offerings are accurately represented and aligned with the needs and requirements of the client.

Responsibilities :

• Responsible for the end-to-end RFP response process, from initial analysis to final submission, ensuring all deadlines are met.
• Analyze and evaluate deal scenarios and contract terms. Strategize with Sales field leadership on business proposals and presentation assembly.
• Prepare all written responses associated with Request for Information (RFIs) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs). Analyze and interpret Request for Proposal (RFP) documents to identify key requirements, deadlines, and evaluation criteria. Compose and edit content including Business Proposals, RFP / RFI responses, executive summaries, financial proposals, and presentations.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, finance, and product development, to gather necessary information and responses for each RFP. Coordinate meetings and conference calls with internal stakeholders (managers, sales representatives, sales specialists, and divisional staff) involved in RFP process. Navigate timelines to ensure project completion.
• Maintain follow-up communication for all submitted bids, including the maintenance of monthly RFP Tracking log detailing all prior and current RFP / Project submittals including Won / Loss / Pending metrics.
• Plan and prepare business presentations, financial proposals, data analysis and ad hoc proposal / presentation material.
• Facilitate proposal review, ensure edits are incorporated and manage final proposal submissions.
• Conduct post-submission follow-up with potential clients to address any questions, provide additional information, and reinforce the company's interest in the opportunity.
• Ensure compliance with all proposal requirements, including formatting, content, and delivery specifications, to maximize the chances of success.
• Maintain Medline standard responses pertaining to customer questions. Maintain a comprehensive library of standard responses, templates, and supporting documents to streamline the RFP response process.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing and finance to develop, create and maintain proposal requirements and ensure content repositories provide accurate and timely data.

The anticipated salary range for this position :

$73,840.00 - $107,120.00 Annual

The actual salary will vary based on applicant's location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and / or incentive eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
