Implementation Engineer

A company is looking for an Implementation Engineer to drive execution of service requests and project engagements.

Key Responsibilities

Execute service requests, project engagements, and assist with daily operations of the Professional Services organization

Scope, execute, and manage software / service implementations and projects with customers

Develop and implement solutions that align with customer business needs

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a technical area (e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, Engineering)

1 - 3 years of relevant work experience in software implementation or scoping

Experience working with Sales and Customer Experience organizations in a customer-facing role

Familiarity with major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP) and Kubernetes

Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Python, React, Typescript, Node, Next.js, or Go
