We are looking for a reliable and energetic Food Runner / Expeditor / Dishwasher to join our team. This is a key support role that helps keep the kitchen and dining room running smoothly. The ideal candidate is fast-paced, organized, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering great service—both to guests and to the kitchen team.

Key Responsibilities Food Running

Deliver dishes from the kitchen to guests quickly, safely, and accurately.

Ensure each plate is complete, properly garnished, and presented correctly before leaving the kitchen.

Communicate effectively with servers and kitchen staff to maintain smooth service flow.

Expediting

Assist the kitchen during peak service by organizing ticket orders.

Check dishes for accuracy, timing, and presentation before they go out.

Keep the pass organized, clean, and stocked during the shift.

Dishwashing

Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment using proper sanitation standards.

Maintain a clean and organized dish area.

Support kitchen staff with general cleaning tasks as needed.

Requirements

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude.

Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 40 lbs during shifts.

Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions.
