Job Requirements

  • Education Requirements : High school diploma or equivalent
  • Certifications Requirements : CPR certification, CNA certification, and First Aid certification
  • Experience Requirements : Minimum of 1 year of bedside caregiving experience
  • Other Requirements : Ability to work evenings, strong communication skills, reliable transportation, compassionate nature

  • Provide compassionate and quality bedside care to patients in a long-term care, hospital, clinic, psychiatric, correctional, or rehabilitation setting.
  • Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and mobility support.
  • Document patient conditions accurately and timely using EMR systems.
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to facility protocols and infection control standards.
