Dialysis Registered Nurse

KPC Promise Hospital of Phoenix: Dialysis Registered Nurse is responsible for providing professional nephrology nursing care to patients requiring renal replacement therapies. Assures plans, implements and evaluates the nursing plan of care. The Dialysis Nurse-RN functions as an essential member of nursing and multidisciplinary teams providing direct care to patients and families. Provides day to day direction and supervision to assigned direct patient care staff. Communicates with the physician and other members of the healthcare team to interpret, adjust, and complete patient care plans.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

Current state Registered Nurse (RN) license required. Minimum 1-year dialysis (renal failure) and critical care nursing experience is preferred. The Dialysis Nurse-RN must maintain a current CPR/BLS certificate and ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification is required upon hire.
