Embedded Payments Analyst

A company is looking for an Embedded Payments Analyst (Hybrid, Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and manage daily payment workflows, ensuring accuracy and timeliness

Maintain operational integrity through daily reconciliation of accounts and generate performance reports

Provide guidance to FinTech partners for compliance and support audits and regulatory reviews

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)

3+ years of experience in banking, payments operations, or financial services

Strong understanding of payment systems (e.g., ACH, wire transfers, card networks)

Familiarity with banking regulations and compliance requirements (e.g., NACHA, PCI, Reg E, Reg CC)

Experience in an Embedded Banking or FinTech environment preferred
