[job_card.job_description]Validation SCCM packages work as expected. Investigate / resolve any installation failures after package installation. Monitor deployment success rates and troubleshoot issues. Track and resolve user- reported bugs or regressions introduced during the upgrade. Support rollback or contingency plans if critical issues arises. Manage Vault user roles, permissions, and access controls. Support CAD teams with Vault- related workflows. Manually install / updates SCCM for some applications.
Mandatory Skills : AutoCAD, AutoDesk Vault (2+years) , SCCM / Identity and Access Management (IAM),
Job Description : Auto Desk Upgrade
- Lead planning, execution and validation of Autodesk Vault upgrade
- Collaborate with engineering CAD, and IT Team to support Vault upgrade roadmap.
- Ensure robust data migration, backup and recovery strategies.
- Conduct required validation after upgrade
- Document upgrade procedures and train end user as needed.
- Coordinate with Autodesk support for unresolved upgrade related issues.
