Director of Marketing

Salary: The salary range for this position is between $140,000 USD and $190,000 USD per year, with the final offer based on experience and skill level.*

Threekits Director of Marketing will run marketing day-to-day. They will be theoperational and strategic heartbeat of the marketing function, making sure Threekitsstory is clear, our channels are active, and our campaigns drive real pipeline.

This hands-on leadership role includes ownership of the core channels (supported by adeep bench of existing partners) that shape how the world sees Threekit AI on thewebsite, events, email, and social media.

This role will also help shape the larger narrative for a category-defining AI product usedby enterprise manufacturers.

What You'll Do

• Owns day-to-day marketing execution across all core channels (website, digital, events), ensuring consistent activity, high quality, and strong alignment with business goals.
  
• Leads and manages external agency and partner relationships, ensuring theydeliver high-impact work and are aligned to priorities, timelines, and KPIs.
• Establishes operational rigor across the marketing function, including campaignplanning, calendar management, reporting, and process optimization.
• Shapes and refines Threekits story, translating complex AI capabilities into clear,
  compelling value propositions for enterprise manufacturers.
• Builds pipeline in partnership with Sales, ensuring tight collaboration on targeting,
  lead flow, and campaign strategy.
• Analyzes performance data, identifies trends, and rapidly iterates to improve ROIand funnel efficiency.
• Partners with leadership to define positioning, GTM strategies, and long-termmarketing vision.
• Provides strong internal communication, reporting on performance, insights, andopportunities.
• Brings a hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves leadership style while setting standardsfor quality, accountability, and creativity.

Education

• Bachelor's in Marketing, Communications, or other relevant field

The successful candidate must reside within a reasonable daily commuting distance of our Chicago office and be present in the office two days a week.
