Bartender – Join Our Food & Beverage Team

We’re looking for enthusiastic and service-oriented Bartenders to become a part of our Food and Beverage team. This role is all about creating memorable experiences for our Members and Guests by offering exceptional beverage service in a warm and welcoming environment.

As a Bartender, you’ll be a vital part of the team, ensuring top-tier drink service across all dining areas in both of our clubhouses. You’ll be expected to prepare high-quality cocktails consistently while keeping your workspace clean, organized, and up to safety standards. Our community-driven atmosphere gives Bartenders the opportunity to engage with Members and form lasting connections.

We offer a comprehensive benefits package for eligible employees. Our servers and bartenders do not work for tips, as we are a no-cash club. Members are billed monthly for their dining experiences. However, we provide a competitive hourly rate, bonuses, and complimentary staff meals.

What We're Looking For:

Minimum of 1 year of bartending experience in a full-service setting such as a restaurant, hotel, or private club

Prior private club experience is a plus, but not required

A polished, professional appearance and a positive, eager-to-learn attitude

Flexibility to work varied shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Solid knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits

Excellent communication and organizational skills
