Auto-Chlor is hiring an Outside Sales Representative in Tualatin, OR. With over 86 years in business and 140+ branches nationwide, we’ve built a reputation for reliable service, high-quality products, and lasting customer relationships.

We’re looking for a driven, goal-oriented sales professional who thrives on face-to-face connection. If you're energized by cold calling, passionate about helping customers, and want to build a long-term career, this is your chance.

What You’ll Do

  • Make 20+ in-person cold calls per day to restaurants and local businesses
  • Build a strong pipeline and close new accounts within your protected territory
  • Network, strategize, and actively pursue new business opportunities
  • Attend weekly team meetings for coaching, support, and recognition

    • What You Bring

  • At least 1 year of sales experience
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • A valid driver’s license and a hunter’s mindset
  • Confidence and resilience in cold knocking and calling—you’re not afraid to hear “no”
