De-Boning Room General Helper

Description & Requirements

We have an excellent opportunity for a full-time Meat Department General Helper in our Lathrop, CA warehouse. The minimum starting pay for this position is $23.00 / hourly.

General Responsibilities

• Ensure that all food product and food safety obligations are met
• Efficiently move beef to the butchers' table
• Track Chuck inventory
• Trim meat as necessary
• Assist in disassembling all equipment after production has ended each day
• Assisting in other meat department positions when necessary
