Foreclosure Specialist - Temp Location : Fort Worth, TX | Remote- MUST LIVE IN THE DALLAS / FORT WORTH, TEXAS AREA FOR CONSIDERATION Compensation & Schedule

• $25–$28 / hr
• Monday–Friday, 8 : 00 a.m.–5 : 00 p.m.
• W2 Contract | Temporary through February (may be extended)
• Start : ASAP ROLE IMPACT Join a mission-critical mortgage servicing team where your foreclosure expertise drives accuracy, risk mitigation, and cross-departmental success. This temporary position, currently projected through February with potential for extension, offers the opportunity to work remotely while managing a specialized portfolio and collaborating with legal, vendor, and internal stakeholders to ensure compliance and timely resolution. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Monitor, track, and report on loans in foreclosure status with precision and accountability
• Act as a liaison between departments including Legal, Bankruptcy, REO, Collections, and Loss Mitigation
• Identify, document, and escalate issues related to liability or vendor performance
• Partner with outside counsel to resolve legal barriers efficiently
• Maintain meticulous logs, reports, and records for internal and external distribution MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• Minimum 1 year of foreclosure experience (REQUIRED)
• Minimum 1 year of mortgage servicing experience (REQUIRED)
• Hands-on experience using MSP (REQUIRED)
• Comprehensive knowledge of loan servicing, foreclosure, bankruptcy, REO, legal processes, and title documentation CORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS
• MSP (Mortgage Servicing Platform)
• Microsoft Excel
• Microsoft Outlook
• Microsoft Word PREFERRED SKILLS
• Experience working with attorneys, title companies, and third-party vendors
• Strong verbal and written communication across all channels
