Receptionist Position

Volt is immediately hiring for a Receptionist for a company located in Colorado Springs, CO. As a Receptionist you will :

• Answer all incoming calls in a professional manner and transfer them to the appropriate person.
• Greet and assist all persons visiting the branch in a professional and courteous manner.
• Sort, distribute, and send all incoming and outgoing mail and faxes.
• Process and reconcile the daily cash box journal and daily credit card transactions.
• Basic data entry including Excel spreadsheets, generating and storing scanned documents with weekly distribution.
• Monitor and order office supplies as appropriate. Monitor the maintenance needs of office equipment.

This is a Full-Time Temp-to-Hire Opportunity Schedule : Monday through Friday 8 : 00AM to 5 : 00PM and occasionally overtime on Saturday.

The ideal candidate will have :

Pay Rate : $18-$19 per hour Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
