2+ years of Labor & Delivery experience

Valid TN RN License with no restrictions or valid Compact RN License with no restrictions

Certifications Required : NRP, BLS, Intermediate Fetal Monitoring, ACLS

Number of Beds : 24 LDRP, 10 NICU

Patient Ratios : L&D : 1 : 1–2

Postpartum : 1 : 4

Well Infants : 1 : 4

NICU : 1 : 2–3

Unit Staffing : RN, UC, PCT, Lactation

Equipment : Fetal Monitoring, Alaris IV Pumps

Documentation System : CPN

Scheduling Requirements : 12-hour shifts, 6 : 30–6 : 30

Floating Policy : None
