Duration: 6 months (Possibilities for Extension)
Location: Springfield, Illinois
Drive hiring excellence by owning high-volume, full life cycle recruiting for your assigned business groups. In this role, you’ll act as a strategic hiring advisor—shaping talent pipelines, elevating the candidate experience, and helping leaders build high-performing teams.
What you’ll do: - Lead end-to-end recruitment for high-volume roles, from workforce planning to offer acceptance
- Proactively source, engage, and build diverse talent pipelines aligned with evolving business needs
- Conduct in-depth candidate interviews, assessing skills, experience, and cultural alignment with role requirements
- Partner with hiring managers to evaluate candidate fit, provide hiring recommendations, and influence decision-making
- Own the candidate journey, including opportunity branding, phone screens, technical assessments, interview coordination, feedback consolidation, and offer management
- Manage and track open roles through the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)—posting jobs, searching talent databases, reviewing resumes, advancing candidates, and maintaining accurate reporting
What you bring: - A bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Business, Human Resources, or a related field
- 5–7 years of hands-on experience in high-volume, full life cycle recruiting—ideally within a corporate environment
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to balance speed, quality, and candidate experience
- Industry-specific recruiting experience is a plus

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS: Pay Range*: $35.00 - $37.93 per hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
