As a Talent Acquisition Partner, together with a small team supporting the UK and Ireland, you'll play a key role in our recruitment efforts across the UK&I businesses. You will also play part of the wider EMEA team, providing support to other European and MEA locations as required. You'll have the freedom to structure your days and have the support of a fantastic team. How you'll make an impact :

• Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to gain deep business knowledge and understand hiring needs.
• Develop job advertisements and implement tailored sourcing activities.
• Maintain proactive communication with all parties involved.
• Ensure an efficient process from job requisition approval to onboarding.
• Attract diverse talent through various channels.
• Actively develop and maintain external talent pipelines.
• Perform pre-screening activities to assess candidate suitability.
• Drive candidate centricity and ensure a signature candidate experience.
